Girish brings with him a vast experience of Institutional and Corporate Sales. He specializes in Strategic Business Development, Customer Relationship Management, Corporate communications, Product Development, Business Continuity & Client Persistency Management. In his role as knowledge coordinator with his previous organization Square Circles (a corporate training, coaching & mentoring firm), being one of the founding member, he was crucially involved in evolving the company right from scratch. He was instrumental in channelizing and mobilizing the PAN India business development activities and also spear headed its expansion plans in North India. His career path spans a range of markets & geographies. He has successfully roped up blue-chip clientele for Square Circles like MTNL, HPCL, IOC, MSEB (state’s largest electricity entity), Endurance Technologies, Rishabh Metals Pvt Ltd and Indian Railways just to count a few. At Square Circles, he was the man behind evolving and shaping the Academic Business Segment.
At Gnosis Plus, he heads the Strategic Business Development operations. He is also responsible for Client Acquisition and Client Persistency Management. He has proven track record in converting deal to potential business in record timing. He is also involved in Product Development and Training Management. He has devised & developed unique module for Campus Recruitment Process with special perspective to GDs and PIs. This proven module has delivered fabulous results to the students who had undertaken it and are successfully working at prestigious companies like Infosys, TCS, Syntel and Amdocs amongst others.
